Introducing NEW fair cost pricing!

March of 2007 was our five year anniversary; and if we have learned anything in that time, it is that our customers want to know that they are being treated fairly. That is why, after trying several different pricing schemes, we have settled on what we call Fair Cost pricing per computer for top-notch services.

What this means is that we have a normal hourly rate that we charge for services, but just because it might take us 9 hours to fix your computer, doesn't mean you will be charged 9 hours. As a matter of fact, in most cases, the most you will be charged per computer is 3 hours!*

Our normal hourly rate is currently: $94/hr.

Average service call: 1.25 hours -or- $117.50

Minimum Charge: 1 hour = $94**

* Further explanation of Fair Cost Pricing: It applies most often when troubleshooting specific personal computer problems. An example of when you would be charged more for troubleshooting of a personal computer would be if the operating system needed to be reinstalled, but you wanted to try and back up or recover data so that you would have it for your new computer, there is a decent chance you might end up over 3 hours.

Fair Cost pricing would apply most often for troubleshooting personal computers. New installs, set-up and consulting is most often billed at $94/hr.
